CIC are specialists consultants for the Canary Islands REF; (Fiscal & Economic Regime) within the REF there are a number of legal and transparent fiscal invesntives, authorised by the European Union. This enables both high net worth individuals and corporate entities to retain more of their wealth facilitating exponential growth. The REF incentives are DIC (Deduction for investments in Canaries). RIC Reserve Investments in Canaries). Igic, an exceptionally low VAT rate, and the ZEC (Zona Especial Canarias) for which CIC hold the only issued "Official Partners" contract.

CIC is continually growing its multi million euro assets management portfolio year on year which contains assets from, high value commercial buildings & Direction and Management of companies, to much smaller assets such as private high value company owned Villas.
